The Concert Series:

The Silence is Broken Concert Series consists of twelve concerts produced over the next three years. The inaugural concert occurred on October 3rd, 2009 at The Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, CA and featured a 57 piece orchestra, award-winning actress and singer Loretta Devine, film and television actor T.C Carson, Grammy nominated musician Patrice Rushen, vocalist Laurnea, spoken word artist Cheray O'Neal, concert violist Karen Elaine and the music of Patrick Gandy, Patrice Rushen, and Jester Hairston.

The Series will feature a variety of performers using their artistry to break the silence. Through the creative and performing arts we raise awareness about the growing HIV and AIDS epidemic here in the U.S. and help eradicate the stigma that so often serves as a barrier to education.
